Daily routine for healthy living



Our ancestors use to say that "health is wealth". Daily routine is very important part of healthy living.
A good daily routine is very necessary for healthy living.
I am not an doctor or an health expert but i know that life without a good health is like a film without a story.
The most important thing is what should a  healthy living routine includes?

 Following steps should be taken for a daily healthy life.
1.  Wake up early in the morning.
2. Go for a walk or jogging regularly.
3. Do yoga , aerobics or light exercises regularly.
4.  Drink 1 glass lime juice every morning.
5. Eat healthy breakfast. (oats or milk and eggs etc).
5. Balanced Diet in lunch.
6. Evening walk is similarly important as Morning walk.
7. Take a light dinner with high protein and sweet dish.
8. Walk at least 100 steps after dinner.
9. Sleep Early at night (near by 10:00 pm).
10. Try to sleep straight, it is easiest way to reduce stomach fat.

Always keep in mind "Early to bed, Early to rise, Make a man Healthy wealthy and wise"
